Some council’s will allow a structure to be built over sewer mains, known as Build Over Sewer (BOS). In this situation the council requires that a before and after CCTV camera inspection be carried out to ensure that there has not been any damage caused to the sewer main while construction took place.
The council process requires that a pan, tilt and zoom camera be used and a customised report be produced using WinCan software.
